You have all inspired confidence in the job role I have, and given me more of an idea of the management side of the job role I am currently doing.

I would like to say thank you for your patience with the training for staff as we have had to cancel several times and you have been understanding and persistent to get it put into place. The information and guidance you have all given me have been a massive help and the paperwork you gave to help with a mock inspection was a great idea. The fact you and Chris took the time out to come to Welford Court and help Lauren and me has been touching. We know we have a way to go and we do appreciate all the help you have given us so far and the help that you continue to give.

I feel that you have all great knowledge to be able to help the health and social care industry in ways that it has been missing.

We look forward to working more with you in the future and I feel that the training and advice you give can be rolled out in other homes to help them get to their outstanding status.
