Foundation Training had the privilege of working with Now Unlimited in delivering a practical and participative 6 weeks programme – 2 hours per week, which took place at The Secret Garden at the Glenfield Hospital in Leicestershire.

The course provided an opportunity to explore Mindfulness through
Nature and explored the following themes:

◼ The benefits and challenges of being mindful within personal and professional life
◼ Mindfulness practices and their usefulness in everyday life
◼ Mindfulness and self-care – increasing resilience and reducing burnout
◼ Making mindful living a part of your make-up
