“We first approached Foundation Training four years ago to discuss delivering person-centred training to our stay who are both experienced and inexperienced in the Health and Social Care sector. Sally met with us and discussed the needs of our service delivery, what we wanted to achieve from the training and familiarised herself with our policies and procedures. From the initial meeting and to the present day, we are extremely happy with all of the training delivered. Sally’s approach to teaching cannot be faulted. Her interactive sessions have proved to be both informative and memorable. Our staff have gained a vast amount of knowledge and understanding and this has been demonstrated in their working practices.
