Foundation Training

Foundation Training was founded in 2016 by Sally Pearce to provide mandatory training and support to staff and management within the Health and Social Care sector. This includes Nursing and Care Homes, Domiciliary, Mental Health support and Learning disability support.

Sally’s previous experience involved training with mental health groups and those with learning disabilities within the community, supporting their learning and improving health and well being through various Government projects.

At Foundation Training, our passion for people ensures that we connect them with bespoke and personal training courses that set standards to reach CQC outcomes.

Our tutors are experts within their field, you and your staff will have access to their experience, expertise and full support throughout your journey with Foundation Training.

You have all inspired confidence in the job role I have, and given me more of an idea of the management side of the job role I am currently doing.
