Exceptional Training Experience with Foundation Training on Mental Health for Youth

I am delighted to share our endorsement for Foundation Training, who recently delivered an outstanding training session for our team at Generation Youth on the topic of Mental Health for Youth.

From the outset, Foundation Training demonstrated a deep understanding of the challenges faced by today’s youth, particularly in the realm of mental health. Sally exhibited an impressive command of the subject matter, delivering a comprehensive and insightful presentation that resonated with our team members at all levels.

The training session was not only informative but also engaging, fostering an open and collaborative environment where participants felt comfortable discussing sensitive topics related to mental health. Sally skilfully balanced theory with practical insights, providing our team with actionable strategies to support the mental well-being of the children we serve.

What truly set Foundation Training apart was their ability to tailor the content to our organisation’s specific needs and goals. The materials were well-researched, up-to-date, and delivered in a manner that captivated our team’s attention throughout the entire session. The interactive elements, case studies, and group discussions added a dynamic dimension to the learning experience, ensuring that the information was not only absorbed but also retained.

Moreover, Sally exhibited a genuine passion for their work, creating a positive and inclusive atmosphere that encouraged active participation and collaboration among our team members. Her expertise and commitment to promoting mental health awareness left a lasting impression on our organisation, inspiring us to continue prioritising the well-being of the children we serve.

In conclusion, Foundation Training exceeded our expectations, delivering a training experience that was not only educational but also transformative. I wholeheartedly recommend their services to any organization seeking comprehensive and impactful training on mental health for children. We are grateful for the invaluable insights and tools they provided, and we look forward to the positive impact their training will have on our work with Generation Youth.

Welford Court Care Home

You have all inspired confidence in the job role I have, and given me more of an idea of the management side of the job role I am currently doing.

I would like to say thank you for your patience with the training for staff as we have had to cancel several times and you have been understanding and persistent to get it put into place. The information and guidance you have all given me have been a massive help and the paperwork you gave to help with a mock inspection was a great idea. The fact you and Chris took the time out to come to Welford Court and help Lauren and me has been touching. We know we have a way to go and we do appreciate all the help you have given us so far and the help that you continue to give.

I feel that you have all great knowledge to be able to help the health and social care industry in ways that it has been missing.

We look forward to working more with you in the future and I feel that the training and advice you give can be rolled out in other homes to help them get to their outstanding status.

Thank you again

Changing Lives

We first approached Foundation Training four years ago to discuss delivering person-centred training to our stay who are both experienced and inexperienced in the Health and Social Care sector. Sally met with us and discussed the needs of our service delivery, what we wanted to achieve from the training and familiarised herself with our policies and procedures. From the initial meeting and to the present day, we are extremely happy with all of the training delivered. Sally’s approach to teaching cannot be faulted. Her interactive sessions have proved to be both informative and memorable. Our staff have gained a vast amount of knowledge and understanding and this has been demonstrated in their working practices. Sally is consistent and maintained an excellent standard of the highest quality. Staff feedback has said ” This is the best training we have ever had. We learnt so much information and valuable skills that we can put in practice”

We are very pleased and fortunate to have a trainer who is extremely dedicated and passionate, and we will continue to use Foundation Training.
